Project Description
As this is a 3 storey house we needed to erect full scaffolding on all elevations. We then replaced the fascias, bargeboars and soffits and fitted deep flow guttering with round down-pipes. The original cement verge to the gable had perished and was causing some damp issues, so the tiles and cement were removed and we re-cemented and a new under cloak was provided. We also replaced the existing timber cladding with 150mm UPVC shiplap cladding. This only needs the occasional clean to keep it looking like new. Our customers were extremely complementary about the overall appearance and our workmanship and agreed to leave us an and left us an excellent review.
