Here is an example of a contemporary roofline system that we installed on a new-build in Cheam, Surrey. The system comprised black UPVC fascias, soffits, cladding, seamless aluminium guttering and PVC drain-pipes.

Project Tasks

  • Installation of 90 meters of tanalised timber fascia backing boards.
  • Installation of 90 meters of black foiled 9mm Swish Summit UPVC Fascia Board and Barge Board
  • Installation of 90 meters of 9mm black Swish Summit UPVC board.
  • Installation of 70 meters of ARP seamless aluminium ogee deepflow guttering
  • Installation of 5 x 5.5 meter Polypipe PVC down pipes
  • Installation of tongue and groove Swish Summit UPVC soffit board for extra deep porch.

Results

This was a very large new-build house that needed a contemporary black and white roof to match the dark roof and white rendered walls.  Seamless aluminium guttering was used throughout which resulted in a sleek modern finish without any visible fixings.
