Project Description
This project involved the complete external renovation of the roofline and cladding on a 1960’s home in Stains, Surrey.
The project included the installation of new UPVC Fascias, Soffits and Seamless Aluminium Guttering as well as replacing the original Cedar Shingle cladding on all four elevations.
We also installed a Thermal Foil Blanket under the weatherboarding to increase the thermal efficiency of the house.
Thermal foil blankets were first developed by NASA in 1964 for the US space program. They offer excellent thermal efficiency in a very thin foil and are an excellent choice where window sill depth is an issue.
