Finlock Concrete Gutters Replacement in Heathcote, Tadworth (KT20 5TH)

A homeowner in Tadworth, Surrey contacted us with a serious issue caused by failing Finlock concrete gutters.

These older guttering systems are common in properties across Surrey and often lead to ongoing problems. In this case, water was penetrating into the property, causing damage to internal plaster and bathroom tiles in both the bedrooms and bathroom.

It was clear the Finlock system had failed and needed a full replacement rather than a temporary repair.

Comments

The customer contacted us due to ongoing water ingress caused by failing Finlock concrete gutters, which had started to damage internal plaster and bathroom tiles.

A full replacement was the best long-term solution. By removing the old system and installing a modern insulated roofline, the issue has now been fully resolved.

The finished result not only protects the property from further water damage but also gives a clean, updated appearance with a low-maintenance system going forward.
